Michelle Phelps


Michelle Phelps is a Consultant, Business Coach, Health Coach, and Accounting Professional with over 20 years of experience leading accounting and finance teams.Ā  Michelle is the founder of MBKP Consulting LLC and works with purpose driven business owners, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to help them move their businesses forward by using an integrated approach that focuses on finding the ā€œrootā€ cause and collaborating on a plan for future growth.Ā  She is also part of an executive team for a regional construction company.Ā  Michelle received MBA from Pittsburg State University and is currently pursuing a health coach certification from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.Ā  She has seen the benefits of ā€œintegratedā€ healthcare founded the BPM Foundation to inspire both patients and professionals to explore a collaborative approach.

Kimberly Dawson

Vice President

Kimberly Dawson is the founder and chief co-conspirator at REVOLUTIONĀ Business and Life Design. Since 2013, she has worked with creative purpose-seekers and change-makers to design businesses and lives that Bring Your Love to LifeĀ®ļø.Ā After receiving the Outstanding Graduate Award for theĀ College of Communications at California State University, Chico, with a BA in Communication Design and a combined minor in Art & Business, Kimberly spent 25 years as a strategic innovator in Marketing, Sales and Operations roles, with ground-breaking businesses and organizations of all shapes in sizes, in the U.S. and Europe. Today, based in Portland, Oregon, she helps creative entrepreneurs to design businesses and lives that bust through the status quo with paradigm-shifting new possibilities for humanity and our planet to thrive, together.

holly battrum

Dr. Holly Battrum


Holly Battrum is a Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine. She specializes in fertility, oncology, neurology and emotional disorders at Elements Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine inĀ Kansas City, Missouri.Ā At a young age, Holly had the opportunity to use eastern medicine to treat lung concerns, in order to achieve her goals as a young athlete. Many years later, Eastern medicine became a clear path of study. As a practitioner, her goal is to offer her community integrative choices in their health and healing, to help people heal from the inside out, so they they can be a positive influence in their communities.Ā Holly became part of the REViVE mission toĀ helpĀ health care providers and patients be inspired to be partners in health.

Derek Blau


Derek Blau is a pharmacist working in a community practice setting.Ā  He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy and has over 12 years of experience.Ā  Derek enjoys the opportunity to build relationships with his patients and to help them manage their medications to achieve optimal health outcomes.


Michael Moore

Michael Moore is currently the Chief Financial Officer of eHawk Solutions and is also the Managing Member of KPMC Solutions.Ā  Through his career spanning over two decades and two top-ten public accounting firms, Michael has led teams and overseen projects for start-ups all the way to Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States.Ā Ā  He continues to help clients by providing guidance for a wide variety of complex state and local tax matters, as well as federal research and experimentation income tax credits.Ā  He is also the current Chairman of the Board for Hope House, one of the largest domestic violence shelters in Missouri, and spend considerable time working with the Hope House team to raise public awareness and funding.


Dr. Sabra Coop

Dr. Sabra has had a heart for the medical field since she was 16 yrs old when she saved a life through the use of the Heimlich Maneuver. She realized then that God had placed a desire in her to help others, especially in the health care field. Dr Sabra received her Bachelors Degree in Medical Laboratory Science at Wichita State University, and went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic at Cleveland University in Overland Park, Kansas. Dr. Sabra has also completed 300 hours of post-graduate work in the DABCI program (Diplomate for American Board of Chiropractic Internists) who specializes in internal disorders and functional medicine. Dr. Sabra is currently working towards completing the DABCI certification.

Courtney Stultz

Courtney Stultz is the owner of LPHJ Kitchen, a gluten-free bakery and a stay-at-home mom. Prior to operating a bakery, she received her MBA in Accounting from Pittsburg State University and began working as an accountant for a nationally ranked construction company. Shortly after her career began, she found herself dealing with a variety of health issues. In searching for treatment, she became involved in Integrative Medicine. Courtney now enjoys using her health journey to inspire others and bake delicious allergy-friendly treats for those who need it
