As an internationally renowned coach, speaker, and author, Cat has supported thousands of women to access their inner wisdom, core strengths and authentic confidence. She leverages her expertise in archetypal myth, coaching and communication skills to support leadership development of individuals and teams. 

In her book, The Ovarian Chronicles: Expectations ° Heartache ° Resilience, Cat shares how a wake-up call potential cancer diagnosis put her at a crossroads of decisions medically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. Her vulnerable honesty about her healing journey gives women permission to get real, forgive, heal, and recover their own resilience.

Fun Facts: A born and bred Texan, Cat’s willingness to tell it straight as a shot of tequila is part of her charm! She also makes a fantastic margarita. And, in high school, she was the Drum Major of an all-girl Drum and Bugle Corps!
